Martin McConnell has over 25 years experience in banking and finance having worked at several local and international banks.

Martin has broad experience in property lending, corporate finance, asset finance and structured finance. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Martin worked at Capital Finance (part of the HBOS group) in the property division and established or managed the businesses of Equipment Finance (operating leases), Vendor Finance, Inventory Finance and Structured Finance. Martin was also instrumental in that group’s business expansion into New Zealand.
