Jason Williams joined Grant Samuel in 1997. He has worked on all aspects of the property investment and development delivery components of Grant Samuel’s business, with significant experience in negotiating and structuring complex property transactions, including acquisitions/disposals, development joint-ventures, debt financing structures and third-party equity fund raisings.

Before joining Grant Samuel, Jason practised as a solicitor for seven years with Baker & McKenzie in Sydney and Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Perth, focusing on property law.
