Terry Dohnt has over 20 years experience in the office leasing and tenant representation market in Melbourne. 

Terry joined Grant Samuel in early 2001 and is responsible for Grant Samuel’s Property business in Melbourne.  Terry has acted for many of Australia’s leading corporate and professional firms, negotiating major leasing and pre-commitment transactions. 

Terry was previously a Director at Richard Ellis and started their tenant representation business. In 1995 he established KB&D Independent Property Advisors which specialised in tenant representation.
