Kathryn is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 25 years of experience in senior in-house legal roles, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, governance, and legal risk management across the healthcare, aged care, and superannuation sectors.

Having led legal functions at the executive level for more than a decade, Kathryn is recognised as a strategic legal leader who combines commercial acumen with sector-specific insight. Her standing in the profession was affirmed in 2017 when she was named one of Australia’s leading health and aged care lawyers by Doyle’s Guide.

Kathryn is a Non-Executive Director of HammondCare and an active member of the NSW In-House Corporate Lawyers Committee. She is also a member of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia.
