Celeste Oakley re-joined Grant Samuel in May 2026 as a Managing Director, having previously spent seven years with the firm between 2008 and 2014.

She co-leads Grant Samuel’s independent expert reports and valuations practice alongside founder Stephen Wilson. Celeste has over 25 years of valuations experience, including more than 20 years specialising in independent expert reports. She has prepared over 100 independent expert reports across a broad range of industries.

Prior to re-joining Grant Samuel, Celeste was a co-founder of Kroll’s Australian valuations practice, where she was responsible for Kroll’s independent expert reports and served as Sydney Office Leader. Earlier in her career, she held roles in the valuations practices of KPMG and Ernst & Young, including five years based in New York.
