Eric joined Grant Samuel in 2025 and has over 12 years’ experience in investment banking. Eric focuses on M&A advisory within the firm’s Corporate Advisory team.

Eric has advised public and private companies, financial sponsors and founders on acquisitions, divestments, public company takeovers, takeover defence and other strategic advisory matters. He has particular experience in the financial services sector, as well as across a range of other industries.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Eric worked at Luminis Partners.
