This week, members of the Grant Samuel team in Melbourne participated in a volunteer day at FareShare to prepare nutritious meals for the less fortunate. This is the second year we have volunteered at FareShare.

FareShare cooks surplus food into up to 5,000 homestyle meals a day across its charity kitchens to help support the five million Australians for whom a daily meal is not a given.

Together we sorted and processed 600kg of cherry tomatoes that had been rescued, and which will eventually be made into tomato passata!
