Liz joined Grant Samuel in 2024 and has over 18 years of corporate finance and principal investing experience across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.

She specialises in advising clients on private treaty sales, growth capital partnerships, capital raisings, strategic advisory and corporate valuations. Liz has advised across a broad range of industry sectors, with a recent focus on tech-enabled businesses, B2B services, general industrials and retail & consumer.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Liz worked for PwC’s Corporate Finance business for 11 years in Sydney, and prior to that 7 years in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking (M&A) and Acquisition Finance practices in Sydney and New York.
