Shaun joined Grant Samuel in 2019 and has over 14 years’ experience in corporate finance and value advisory. Shaun specialises in independent expert’s reports and has been involved in a wide range of assignments involving pubic company acquisitions, takeovers, mergers of equals, demergers and restructures.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Shaun spent five years with Ernst & Young’s valuation and business modelling team in Chicago and Sydney. He began his career with Meritor Inc. in Troy, Michigan.
