Jake joined Grant Samuel in 2013 and has 12 years’ corporate advisory experience. He has experience in business divestments and acquisitions, preparing valuations, capital raising and providing general corporate advice to companies across a range of industries. Jake has also been involved in the preparation of numerous independent expert reports. His previous experience includes a role with investment bank Murray & Company in Christchurch.
