Louise Donn re-joined Grant Samuel in June 2026 as a Managing Director, having previously spent 10 years with the firm between 2011 and 2021.

Louise has over 20 years experience developing and executing complex debt financing solutions for corporate and sponsor clients across a wide range of industries including industrials, real estate, TMT, retail, transport, education, energy and infrastructure. Louise’s broad transaction experience includes advising on corporate refinancings, acquisition financings, capital structuring, credit ratings and public and private bond market issuance.

Louise was most recently at Gresham Partners where she co-led their Debt Advisory business. Prior to that she spent seven years at Rothschild in London in their debt capital markets team.
