Warwick joined Grant Samuel as an executive in the corporate advisory group in 2005. He has gained experience across public market transactions, trade sales, strategic advisory and public/private capital raisings. Warwick has specialist sector experience across a number of sectors including diversified industrials, resources and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Warwick worked as a corporate lawyer in the Mergers and Acquisitions team of national law firm Minter Ellison, providing small and large clients with a wide range of transactional and capital markets advice.
